Leasehold Property

The following is a list of fees that we will charge in relation to the sale or purchase of a leasehold property. VAT at 20% needs to be added to our charges in all cases.

This does not include the cost of any disbursements which we deal with in a separate Disbursements page.

£1,250,001 to £1,500,000 £2,187.50 £2,625.00
£1,500,001 + £2,625.00 £3,150.00

Additional Charges


For unregistered sales and purchases add £100.00 (+ VAT at 20%) = £120.00 to the above fees.

Voluntary/first registration add £300.00 (+ VAT at 20%) = £360.00.

Further costs will be incurred where title deeds are lost.
